Trump -Russia, The Betrayal of America

Would you like a free penthouse in the middle of a socially vital urban area? Free as in GRATIS. A glass skyscraper offering luxury residences to the best Oligarchs. Magnificent view of Gorky Park and the Moskva River, just a short jog across Red Square from the Kremlin and the government offices in Moscow. Tallest scenic tower in Russia. Excellent security, yet in touch with your people. Retail price ONLY $90,000,000.00. yet offered to you, for FREE, President Putin. Just allow your bank (US headquarters located just below Trump Corporation offices in the Trump Tower in Manhattan) to fund this little project and the penthouse is all yours.

Sound interesting? Yet should it be considered as a bribe? Prior to 1977 it was pretty common in foreign trade to “grease the wheels” in the Middle East or pay a “mordida” —a little bite in South America to facilitate an inspection, customs clearance or large sale. Corporations in the North America considered it like a cost of doing business, but could not write it off on their taxes.

In 1977, President Jimmy Carter signed into law the The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 reads as follows from the US Department of Justice.
“The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977., as amended, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, et seq. ("FCPA"), was enacted for the purpose of making it unlawful for certain classes of persons and entities to make payments to foreign government officials to assist in obtaining or retaining business. Specifically, the anti-bribery provisions of the FCPA prohibit the willful use of the mails or any means of instrumentality of interstate commerce corruptly in furtherance of any offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment of money or anything of value to any person, while knowing that all or a portion of such money or thing of value will be offered, given or promised, directly or indirectly, to a foreign official to influence the foreign official in his or her official capacity, induce the foreign official to do or omit to do an act in violation of his or her lawful duty, or to secure any improper advantage in order to assist in obtaining or retaining business for or with, or directing business to, any person. The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, 15 U.S.C. §§ 78dd-1, et seq.

So is the Trump Corporation guilty of a felony? After seven (7) bankruptcies in the US that including the mismanaged Atlantic City casinos that left banks and contractors on the lurch, stiffed for over $3,000,000,000.00. So why is Donald jr. stating there is plenty of money available from Russian Banks? How is the Trump organization or Don jr. or his father involved?

Questions: Why is the US headquarters for the Russian Alpha Bank located just below the Trump Corporation in the New York Trump Tower? Putin is associated with or on the Board of Directors of the Alpha Bank and several other Russian banks. What favor(s) are being asked in return by Putin? How much many billions of rubles has The Trump Corporation already borrowed from Russian Banks to fund other Trump projects? Has The Trump Corporation refinanced the Trump Tower (Melania's home in New York) or other Trump US or foreign properties? Can or will these Russian banks foreclose if certain payments and/or conditions are not met?

Perhaps in Helsinki President Trump found out that President Putin doesn't need the key to a new luxury penthouse. Vladimir Putin already has the keys to the Trump real estate empire.
